We arrived at 3pm and the unit was actually ready earlier than expected! The place is just a studio, perfect for us and it was very clean and cutely decorated. Views overlooking the Caesar bar and walking distance to just about everything downtown. Had a great stay with property valet and wouldn't hesitate to stay at another one of their properties! Felt better taken care of by a local team than a huge corporation or hotel.

I recently spent over $1000 with Seb of Elevated…read morePhotos (ElevatedPhotos.ca) for photography/video/aerial photos of my recent property listing. I'm an experienced home renovator and have renovated and sold over 10 properties. I chose Seb of ElevatedPhotos due to his reviews on here so feel it is fair to leave a review of my own experience. I did not have a good experience with Seb and his work was certainly not worth what I paid for it. Seb was extremely rushed. He missed taking photos or video of several of the basic key features of the property that make it unique and help justify the price I'm asking. For example, none of his photos showed any angles that showed a large window and closet in the only main floor bedroom. None showed a separate shower in the enduite bathroom (so it looks like there is only a tub with no shower head in there.). Given that I renovated to ADD a shower to this property, the lack of anything showing a shower in the master was a pretty big miss. Seb did not notice he missed a photo with the shower because he spent so little time in the only full bathroom in the house that he didn't notice there was a shower there. That's pretty rushed. The area the home is in is surrounded by both extremely beautiful areas AND giant swaths of parking lot. The aerials mostly featured the acres of parking lot, and excluded the beautiful areas. It's a real estate photographers job to highlight the beautiful elements - and the Aerials - which he recommended at an added cost - did not do that. I told him at least 5 times that I did not want a photo of a specific side of the house given how ugly it is. I also told him the agent did not want this side of the house to appear anywhere. A significant part of the video featured that specific side of the house. Anyone can have an off day but when I told seb about the photo misses and the included shots which I had stated specifically that I did not want.. the response was very underwhelming. He did not immediately respond and I had to text him the next day to get a response. Then he said he would charge me a minimum of another $150 to edit out the shots from the video (that I had very very clearly asked him not to take in the first place.) Instead of 'making things right' eventually I asked him to just edit stuff out of the video and I would provide my own photos of the bathroom. It's really important when you list a house to get all the video and shots right on day 1 and he was clearly not in any rush to correct things. So.... After over $1000 dollars spent with Seb... I've provided several of my own photos of the place for the live listing, and have a much shorter video with practically no aerial photography in it. this resort is off the busy streets, so is quiet, yet close to everything; shopping,…read more attractions,restaurants, etc. our unit for a week was great; one bdrm w/ 2 baths, one with whirlpool tub. NO hair dryer tho. the room was perfect for 2 people; not huge, but ample room & cozy ; full kitchen , fireplace,ac,nicely furnished,the windows open and there is a slider door in the bedroom to patio. the yard outside has small patio w/ table & chairs & ash(butt) can for smokers. each unit is one story w/ patio, parking close to door, lots of privacy for each unit considering they are so close to each other. lots of trees & bushes make it feel like a woodland setting. a view of the mountains can been seen from some areas, but not our room. we did a timeshare reservation w/ RCI; the picture in their inventory is deceptive; the buildings are not 'fancy'. or highrise; more like a cottage; the units are comfortable and pleasant. there is an activity center you can play games,pool, get vhs/dvd movies etc. arcade room, indoor & outdoor pools. I would consider staying here again, as I prefer the 'convenience & homy-ness of the one story units. it's very convenient to all local commerce, and highways.
