this place was horrible!!!! drove 9 hrs from FL to Myrtle beach expecting to get a nice hot meal and what a disappointment. they charge 20$ breakfast buffet without drink included, with dirty plates and the food was old, cold and just plain nasty. I normally don't write reviews, but my family and I were very disappointed by the unprofessional service we received from the manager, Godda. As a manager, we expected her to at least attempt to assist us with applying our military discount and processing our gift card. Instead, she approached us with an attitude and repeatedly stated that she couldn't process the gift card--without even trying. A simple effort or a "let me see what I can do" would have gone a long way. What was especially upsetting was her questioning my mother's military service, which was disrespectful and unnecessary. In the food industry, customer service is essential, and arguing with customers is unacceptable. On a positive note, I would like to recognize Akeem for his outstanding service. He was welcoming, professional, and attentive. His kindness made a huge difference and I hope someone within the industry sees this review. As for management, there is serious work needed to ensure qualified leadership capable of running the business with respect, professionalism, and care for customers. read more
