I've been looking to replace my sturdy black leather boots for a couple of years. Those lasted me well over a decade and everything around has been either completely flat or very high healed, or suede so pointless in the rain. This place had a selection of red tinged boots too and indeed the block low heel boots I choose are dark grey rather than black, with a little bit of red. I wear a lot of red so it works for me but there are other choices. The best thing is they had a sale on so my £100+ boots were only £50 and I have already worn them loads, both here and on the recent trip to Norway. I would have been lost without them. Mostly practical, but smart & quirky too, they did the job in the first flurry of snow before I had to swap to what I refer to as my snow boots. So as you see, boots I know and this shop is a must visit fo them! Oh, the service was excellent and to top it all they have a loyalty card!

There is plenty of space in the shop for people to browse, try the shoes on and also walk around to check the comfort of the shoes. I think this is a lot better than some shoe stores where you barely have room to browse, let alone comfortably try on a pair. Always seems clean, although the smell of plastic in the shoes can sometimes be a little overpowering. The staff i've been served by have always been polite and fairly quick at serving, and i've never really noticed large queues even when shopping on a saturday.

The staff there are helpful and polite and are always at hand . Wynsors have there own big carpark and its can get busy the ques are never big as the staff are quick servers . The only problem is i think icould do with moving near to the other shops to gain more business and to make it alot easier for those who are shopping in hanley.
