I message them and When I received it and put it together,the screw scratched my kitchen counters and the towel holder wouldn't sit flat on the counter,as the screw was a round headed screw,instead of a flat headed screw.I message them again,With photos of the one they sent me and a photo of what the correct one would have looked like.( I had another one,with the correct screw. )and no response at all.So,I then posted it on their FB page..only to get blocked,no apology,nothing.

Prices are discounted from a QVC **list** price (note that list price doesn't translate directly to sale price) except for makeup / Philosophy products, which are offered at list price, but I have yet to find anything I couldn't live without for a price that I couldn't walk away from. Meh. Maybe worth a stop if you're looking for a new set of pots, I guess.
