I tried to return the shoes today, and they said shoes cannot be returned after they're worn outside. I showed them my bloody foot and sock, and they didn't care. They said my bloody foot was not because of the shoe and that they only allow returns for shoes that come damaged. After rejecting me, they tried to sell me even more stuff, which was just rude! Buy online from somewhere with a good return policy, instead of this awful store.

Although tags were still attached, and the coat obviously showing NO signs of wear, he was accused by the shop owner AND the shop assistant of having worn it. They were very unfriendly and did not want to give him back his money, only offering some kind of 'Gutschein' - what should we do with that?! Rather buy online and be able to return items without such an intrusive questioning than buy here. Not recommended.
