There are so many great places in Turkey, but Bodrum unites the rich and beautiful from Istanbul, the even richer and also beautiful from Russia, history, beautiful sea, lot of nice restaurants, tourism.... you get it all! Küba-Bar is probably the most popular and crowded place for nightlife in Bodrum - except the huge Halikarnassos-discotheque.... Küba-Bar is located on the promenade in an ancient building, having several terraces, cool bar area and an open air dance floor under old and big trees. Dont go there before 11:00 pm or 12:00 am.... then the party starts. Could be that the bouncer tells you: sorry... already too crowded.... does for sure happen after midnight when you and 3-4 other guys are queuing up.... does for sure never happen when you and 3-4 other ladys are queuing up :-))) Prices are high, even for Turkey, but there nobody cares.... a local beer (Efes is pretty good...) 330cl around 10 bucks.... a Smirnoff/RedBull bucket round 80-90 bucks Enjoy until the end, music is really good! And dont forget to go after party early morning for a 'corba', a spicy turkish tomatoe soup with shredded white cheese on the top... brings you back to life before you go to sleep!

Compared to the US, it's definitely much cheaper, so we decided to order bottle service and were placed on this platform section overlooking the dance floor. First the DJ rudely waved us away because I guess we were standing too close to the cabin. Than a server called Levent who should be fired started yelling at us because I put my bag on the empty seat of the bar, yelling at me that it was rezerved. And it wasnt. My friend knows the place and we ended up sitting there anyways cause it WASNT rezerved to begin with. Than I went to talk to the manager UYSAL who neither listened nor cared as appatently for them this behavior is normal. Not manager material at all. When I saw him, I understood why the place is such a bad quality service. He is not even at a level to be a waiter let alone a manager. A place where Turks go to see and be seen. High prices, super low quality service. A 2 star hotel would have better customer service.
