Their employee Ms Kim Wiles rang me to assess my claim and was totally unprepared. She had not even…read morebothered to read my initial correspondence or look at the photo evidence, yet insisted on assessing my potential claim on the phone there and then. When I suggested that it would be better for her to first read and review the evidence submitted then either call me back or at least to look at it while we are on the phone (I offered to resend it), she refused and became very rude and ended the call abruptly. I worked for a number of law firms in my earlier career and have never seen such unprofessional conduct. Very disappointing.
