The ladies at the front desk are so kind and helpful and never make you feel like a burden! Dr. Balinski is so friendly and easy to talk to. Imshe makes you feel like you've known her forever. I haven't seen her in probably like eight months and she made sure she asked me how my trip to India was. The only downfall is they do not have any late days or weekend hours. It really sucks, but does give me an excuse for a day off when I'm going for my yearly physical! They also do not do routine blood work in the office anymore. I have to go to LabCorp now for that. They are still able to draw blood, but just don't do it for routine work.

I had to wait an additional 25 minutes after my appointment to be taken into the room to be seen. I found it very unprofessional that they literally ask you OUT loud in front of everyone personal questions such as "marital status", "what pharmacy you go to", and "emergency contact information/relation to you". Anyways, the office was clean and they have plenty of seating.The good about this appointment was the doctor herself. I was seen by Eugenia Zilber. She was patient, listened carefully, and gave me good referrals. If it wasn't for her this rating would have been much lower.

Getting an appointment with him used to be simple and painless, but not anymore. Since the Office hired new staff, everything has changed. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth and I cringe every time I have to call. When I'm sick I just go to an Urgent Care Center, because the Office staff will tell you they can't get you in for a couple of days. The Office used to be open at 8, now they open at 830 and sometimes the phones won't be turned on right away so you'll be calling for a while. The Office used to be open until 5, now they close at 430 and the phones are turned off right at 430. They have put my fiancé and my sister into collections, for co-pays that were not charged at the time of the visit and they will tell you that they do not take co-pays in office anymore.. well that's a lie because I have paid at the time of visit before. Oh and good luck getting your medical records.. Submit your request in writing, then in takes 2 weeks and you also have to pay $1.00 per page! You will be lucky to get in touch with the Office Manager, she was off when I last called and today I called at 4:10 PM and she was already gone for the day. Looks like I need to find a new PCP which I wish I didn't have to do..
