I like to stock up on household items here because it's cheaper on most things! But my favorite things to get at Ollie's are books and rugs. The book selection is better than lots of big box stores and a fraction of the cost. Rugs are also so expensive most places, and Ollie's not only has a big selection, but super affordable options. The staff are generally very kind, but you will have to wait a bit if it's busy because there's usually only one cashier.

We found what we came for on this trip, but when you walk in, you got heart jump start, with the Halloween decorations. Otherwise as mentioned before, the trip was successful.

We completely understand that. The guy told us the model he showed us would include a specialty lid/cover, the steps, and once it was delivered, it would be fully set up ready to use(But assuming there might be a weight since there were chemicals being added to the water). Those were his exact words. Fast forward to paying the remaining $8000 last week, we were told it would be three weeks before delivery, which is great because we're not moving until then. On an already busy week, my husband gets a call yesterday afternoon. They are going to deliver it the next morning. Guys show up & drop a hot tub in place..NO POWER CORD!! They said they do NOT set them up & DO NOT include a power cord. What the absolute heck!! Sales guy sold us on EVERYTHING INCLUDED & SET UP.. we definitely feel scammed a bit!
