We agreed not to take them to court for "breach of contract" if they would refund our deposit in full, we got the full deposit back in September , 2021. Sandy lied to us for months and never told us that her son was seriously injured in an accident in July of 2021 who is the only qualified employee to install a inground pool, beware!
