I brought along a couple of old Benjamin Moore paint cans that were about seven years old assuming I'd need to replace them. Instead of trying to sell me two new gallons at $50 each, the staff inspected the paint, found it was still in good condition, and offered to strain, thin, and repackage it into new cans. The total cost to me was about $10. I also had a few basic questions about how to properly retouch the walls, and the staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. It's rare to walk into a business for the first time and encounter such a customer-focused approach. I highly recommend supporting this store. It also felt great to give my business to a local paint shop rather than a big-box chain.

After about literally 5 or 6 trips to the store, and about an hour of minute adjustments, we got it. And it was a bit of a mid understanding which paint I was going for, and we matched the wrong color on the lid because someone had painted the lid for some reason.
