The vast majority of the time we have been seen very timely, though a couple times the ER was busy and we had to wait a little while (30-40 minutes) or the dr. was backlogged so the wait time at Somers Clinic was 45min-1hr. The PT/OT and all the clinics is terrific. The Aquatherapy therapists are wonderful. Sometimes I feel spoiled when I hear other hospital stories from siblings in Illinois. LOL! The billing staff are helpful and courteous. The appointment staff are professional and kind. My only frustration has been getting a specialist visit more timely. As a new patient, getting in to see a specialist can take 6-8 weeks. 5 stars
