I stopped in (in-person) to discuss what I wanted on a Friday. I was told I'd have a proposal by Monday or Tuesday, When I didn't hear from them on Monday or Tuesday, I waited until Friday before contacting them via email. I received a fairly prompt response indicating they had been busy and apologizing for the delay. They again promised a proposal by the following Monday. It's now late in the day on Thursday and since no quote. Sign quality and service - 3 years ago - was great. Customer serivce today is HORRIBLE - essentially non-existent.

Communication - so important in this area - and they texted me, kept me informed to make a plan. Then the guy that came to do the work - Bobby - texted and called me, and we touched base and he was able to arrive earlier (...I took the first time they said, knowing that I'd be in a meeting when he arrived regardless - this worked out SO much better). Bobby was friendly, knowledgeable and kicked out those damn insects like I asked. As this was "first visit" - IF they aren't gone, I'll update in a week when I contact them (which I doubt will be a problem there, either!)
