Gorgeous finish and decor. Very friendly staff. Talented chef for breakfast and dinner meals. Comfortable bed and well maintained rooms that are spacious. Mall across the street. Good value for money read more

Fantastic brand new hotel 2 blocks from the beach in Santos. Very friendly staff, incredibly beautiful amenities with all the latest upgrades. The pool and gym are not to be missed. Perhaps the best part is the Sheraton club lounge on the 19th floor. Beautiful, cozy, awesome staff. The food for both happy hour (which really could easily be a full dinner) and breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay again if back in the area read more

It was a great experience from beginning to end. I don't know why but they gave me the best room in…read morethe hotel, I was very happy. The location is perfect, you literally jump from the hotel to the beach sand, they have their own restaurant, bar, swimming pool, pond with koi fish and waterfall, zen area and much more. In the morning they gave me breakfast with a lot more stuff that I can eat (abundance). They are located on the main street which there are many others restaurants if you want. I posted pictures on Yelp to whomever wants to take a look at it. I met the owner, he is an outstanding helpful young fellow. I had a great experience.
