He may be a good guy, he may be a great plumber, but he's a lousy businessman. If he was in over his head or tied up all he had to do was call and we could've rescheduled or even canceled and no harm done... instead he just ghosted me. No way to do business in the age of the internet. Your experience may be different but don't say nobody warned you.

Todd was great with the quote ... very fair priced and reasonable. Mike was FANTASTIC with the install. Very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and just great service. We have been using TSK Heating and Cooling for just about 10 years. We first met Todd with TSK in…read more2010. We hired him to service a 20 year old Carrier A/C on its last legs. He kept it running for another year and half and in mid 2011 we used him to to put in a brand new furnace and central air. It was a pretty straightforward job. He replaced our old oil fired furnace with a brand new natural gas Carrier Infinity furnace and central A/C. We had no issues with that equipment when we sold our home 8 years later in 2019. Fast forward to 2020. We purchased a new house with Geo Thermal heating and cooling. We were excited for it until a month after moving in (November) the heat stopped working. Only one company in the area works on geo thermal and they determined it had a massive leak in the loop system in our yard, but they did not know where. They were kind enough to let me know that the loop system is 100 year life span pipe! Well apparently it isn't. Rather than invest major bucks in a brand new loop and with winter fast approaching we again called Todd with TSK. This time around TSK had more work to do. While our home had natural gas, it was built with Geo Thermal so there was more work to do putting in conventional heating and cooling. Todd and his crew got rid of the Geo Thermal system and had us up and running with a brand new high efficiency Lennox furnace and central air. He got the furnace installed fast, the night he completed the work we went from 30 degree weather to single digits. I can't say enough good things about TSK. I did get other quotes and TSK by far was they cheapest. Even if TSK was not the cheapest I probably would have still hired TSK as I know they do quality work and stand behind what they do!

Golden Solutions Electric

My home is over 150 years old, so I have had to work with MANY contractors for repairs or remodels…read more I was referred to Golden Solutions from Islander Pools when I purchased a hot tub. Islander had recommended two companies, and I called the other one first, and he canceled the morning of the installation. So I called Golden Electric expecting to wait around a week for a quote and then to be scheduled to set up the electrical for the hot tub further out. Rich responded to my call immediately and offered to come out to quote the job within the hour. They came and offered me a quote right in the middle of the other prices I had recieved and offered to pull his guys from a more extended job they had time on to get the hot tub up and running the same day as he knew I was eager(at no additional charge). I accepted, and they had four guys here within the hour. They walked me through the process and did the job without any issues. I was so impressed that I asked them for several more quotes: running electrical to an outside office I was having delivered, up the power to my garage, and running additional power to the garage for an electric car charger. They again came out and quoted it within the day and were terrific about working with me on delivery dates for the office change. When I was ready for the power, they scheduled the work to begin within three days. They had a team of 5 or 6 guys here setting everything up and again-- all amazing, honest, and kind. When the snow melted, they came out, put the conduit in the ground, and hand-dug it to avoid yard/sprinkler system damage (that I was willing to incur) and got everything sorted quickly. I have genuinely never been impressed with a contractor as I have been with Golden Electric. I recommend them 100%. They are honest, accurate, reasonably priced, punctual, kind, and do fantastic work!
