Store is permanently closed and no forwarding address to where you could go in person for information and call takes forever

Received advertisement in the mail, went online and Shentel said it's cable was available at my house. RECEIVED welcome email from Shentel and scheduled installation. Service person came out to my home and asked me where the cable was? Apparently Shentel was not available at my home. read more
