Great customer service. Fantastic inventory and conveniently located across the street from the beach. I loved their jewelry that was affordable yet elegant. Perfect gifts to show your appreciation, as I was getting a few items for the Ladies back in the office. Good selection of magnets as well as items for the kitchen and clothing. This place also carries New England/Boston sports team gear and items too! There was a clearance rack that I didn't make my way to but I didn't make my way over to it. Awful experience! Went to exchange the clothing we got as a gift. Original tags, two days past purchase. The staff was giving me hard time. First saying that I could only exchange the size. Finally agreeing to give me merchandise credit. While I looked around for replacement, staff talked behind my back how this is the only time they would let someone exchange items, giving me nasty looks. I ended up paying extra money and giving them more business afterall and they took it for granted and put a FINAL SALE on my receipt. No reason. There were no signs at the store saying NO returns or exchanges. Totally wrong and illegal on their end. I would never recommend this store to my friends and family and would encourage them not to shop at Shelton's! Wow. Poor experience. read more
