You have to go a few steps into the garage shop to pay,but they are pretty efficient. There is also a toilet for customers use,though it isn't well signed or that easy to find. ok unless you are in a hurry. The shop has a wide range of goods on sale. The pay at pump is great since it means I don't have to queue up to pay. The other day I found they weren't working so had to go into the shop to fill up and queue which was a little annoying. Staff are friendly as always. Only 4 stars though since they dont have an automatic car wash which would be useful.

Just recently used the cafe as a means of convenience as time was short to go elsewhere…read more We found that on ordering we had to go through what we wanted 3 times to make sure the Lady understood..it was only a small order each for myself and my Wife..Which raised eyebrows initially, when the order was brought over only my Wife's order came I then had to wait for mine. Which was cold when it arrived. On reflection I noticed the another Lady operative was going round cleaning tables with one cloth ..no liquid and was wiping all and sundry. Hygiene doesn't seem to matter. Although we shop here every week this is definitely one part of the store we shall keep clear of. Not an experience we shall do again.
