Because they deal with on this daily basis. And most visitors just want to argue. The Navajo Nation is a domestic country with their own laws and regulations. Don't like it? you can visit the stores off the Navajo Nation, which is about 1-3 hours away in ever which way you are traveling. Speedway is owned by 7 eleven, so they gave slurpees here.
