Started coming to this store as soon as it opened. Everything and everyone was great. Never had a…read morebad experience, whatsoever. This particular store is the closest to where I live, however, I go to two other's more frequently. With that said, I'm finally done with this one! No one cares about anything, at all, at this store anymore. They haven't had any decent employees since about the 8 to 10 month mark of its birth. This is literally the only Sheetz I don't feel welcome in. More often than not, the floor is sticky, bathrooms are gross, food is sub-par (to say the least) compared to other stores... And like I said, no one here at this one makes you feel welcome, like every other one you go into. Not long ago, I ordered a soft pretzel here. I added and paid for ($0.60) the cup of mustard you can add to it while ordering at the kiosk, and or, on the app. I looked into my bag and I received 3 packets of mustard. I came back in, showed my receipt (to a girl named Kiera (spelling) with blue hair and she proceeded to tell me that she "has been here since the day they opened, this one", and "they've, NEVER, given cups of mustard!" Only packets. I politely disagreed and she, unsurprisingly, got super heated, started berating me, saying (what she said about being at this store since day one) and "I think I would also know because I'm the district manager too!" I tucked my tail, said nothing, and left. Today was my third day back and things are even worse. Same employee interactions (or, lack thereof), all kinds of food orders on the screen with people behind the food area just talking and not working (only one black gentleman was doing anything fyi),sticky floors (and they even have a zamboni type thing that cleans the floors for them) and disgusting bathroom/s (only saw the men's). And.... Truthfully the reason for this review, there's mold growing in both sinks of the men's restroom. Pictures will be attached, but they don't do it justice. It's so horrific!

I had the worst experience I've ever had at a gas station. As I was driving and my truck…read moreoverheated so I pulled in at the SHEETZ gas station and in the midst of worrying about the truck over heating the battery died. Once the truck cooled off and we are ready to get a jump all we could do was ask peoople at the gas station.we Asked other customers for at least a half hour and nobody would help go figure. So as we were finally waiting for someone that we knew to come, the manager over the loudspeaker said " the people in the red truck are in strict violation of our non panhandling code" and repeated it three different times which we were not panhandling we were offering $10 to the person that gave us a jump. Was really rude and unprofessional that he did not come and talk to us before he spoke over the intercom about things that were not true. We ended up purchasing a set of jumper cables but I will never spend another dollar at a sheetz gas station. There is no reason for the way we were treated other than our vehicle was not new and pretty and that's because it's a work truck.

I'm not a member here but my son is and I've shopped here several times with him. It's ok, not…read moregreat but just ok. It's difficult to find things here that are healthy choices. Lots of full fat items like dressings, hamburger, cheese and cheese It's (in an enormous box), etc. I thought I might try some spicy tuna sushi for lunch. It was not bad at all. I also bought some raw tuna steaks and some grilled chicken packs. Given the small number of healthy choices, I doubt I'd become a member.

Visited Sam's Club location on Miller Lane in Ohio (Thurs May 7th near the end of the day)…read more Attempted to purchase nearly $500.00 worth of groceries. Get to the checkout and it's a 3 ringed circus. Only 1 cashier was actively working while the rest of the lanes were shut down and other workers were congregated toward the front chatting. The poor single working cashier was completely overwhelmed yet trying her best as people lined up with overflowing carts. Another cashier (Mary) begrudgingly opened up a 2nd lane to ring out 1 single person. The customer she chose wasn't the next in line but it was obvious she had the smallest cart (less work) and it ticked off the group that should've been next. Mary complained the entire time she checked out this single customer then refused to cash anyone else out. A few minutes later cashier (Crystal) gets on the same register to cash 1 single customer out. He was behind us and she overlooked the rest of us that were ahead of him. Again, people were ticked she didn't go with who was next. And yet again it was a smaller order with less work to do. Crystal also complained the entire time she cashed this man out then refused to check out anymore orders. She told us to get out of her line and go to the line with the overwhelmed cashier whom was STILL working on the same order she was working on when we very first got in line to begin with. At this point we were irate then walked out and left nearly $500 worth of groceries. The unprofessionalism of the employees Crystal and Mary was completely unacceptable. To stand in front of customers venting negativity and complaining about having to do a job that they clearly signed up to do is ridiculous. Both of these women fed off each other's negativity & are WAY TOO OLD to be acting like that. They both made it abundantly clear that they were more than ready to go home & were inconvenienced. COMPLETE waste of time to leave empty handed because of poor customer service and poor work ethic.

I have been a reoccurring customer at this shell station for a few years now, but no longer. After…read moreabout a dozen incidents over the period of the past year or so, I have decided to boycott this station and perhaps the corporation as a whole as a result of this unbelievable experience in dealing with the stuck up, snotty and down-right rude behavior of it's employees. As an American Adult I feel it is my right to refuse to have my ID scanned for purposes unknown by a soulless corporation, but that's just me. In accordance with the current Ohio Revised Code, apparently the establishment also has the right to refuse service in the event that I refuse the scan to purchase age-sensitive products, understandably so (I guess). However, it is a dangerous mix to give a small amount of power and responsibility to those who would use it to make up for the downfalls of their own lives by egotistically disrespecting and irritating their customers. Please understand that this review is not based on the scanning requirements, but the belligerent disrespect and "I'm better than you" attitude I have experienced in dealing with these employees, having been nothing but polite and calm myself until this point. In summation, I would not recommend this particular shell station to my worst enemy. Certain female employees here should be demoted, fired or at least scolded for their inappropriate behavior. I will also be encouraging my friends, family and neighbors in this town to avoid this station until management corrects this behavior or hires ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS. WORST STATION EVER!!
