The convenience store was smaller than average, but it appeared to have (I didn't go inside) the staples - your snacks, lottery, beer, cigarettes, drinks, bathroom, etc. They have steady business here. The good thing is, if it gets real packed, there is a Shell right across the street that usually has the same gas prices. I have been to both and they are both great. I've been to this location multiple times before and will come again. The only thing that may not be fun is during rush hour, you might never be able to get out of there because that traffic can get bad! Other than that, everything here is dandy.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves and has only recently become a common thing among gas stations. There is absolute no need to charge the extra 10¢ for someone to use their credit card to pay at the pump. If your car can make it an extra mile go to the H-E-B on Fairmont (or about 2 miles to the one in Clear Lake) and fill up your car there. H-E-B has much better prices and don't charge the extra 10¢.
