We visited on August 23 around 11:00 AM with our baby because our apartment door was stuck and most locksmiths were closed. We asked if there was any sharp item available for purchase to help us open it. The employee on duty, who appeared to speak with an Arabic accent, started yelling at us. In the end, he told us not to bother him and shouted that we should ask a neighbor, even though he could clearly see we were stuck outside with a baby. His behavior made us feel unsafe, and I was worried the situation might escalate further. It is deeply disappointing and unacceptable to be treated this way, especially in such a stressful situation. I hope Shell ensures their staff receive proper customer service training so that customers in urgent situations are treated with basic respect. read more
