The inside of the store is as unkept as the outside with a kitchen dishing out burgers and other greasy cuisine so it must pass the minimum health code requirements or the owner has connections at city hall. Not really a place I'd frequent but it worked on this day, so it's all good...

If you travel with a dog, they also have fantastic fenced-in pet areas out back so your pup can stretch their legs safely.The only real downside is that the parking lots can get super tight and packed out with big rigs in the evening, and the food options are just standard fast food. But if you just want a safe, reliable place to stretch your legs, get gas, and hit a clean restroom, look for the heart logo. They run a tight ship.

They kept my car for about a week, and during that time I had to spend a significant amount of money on Ubers and Lyfts because I had no vehicle. I was repeatedly told they were waiting on a part that hadn't arrived. Eventually, they called to say my car was finished. I paid approximately $2,000 and was waiting for them to bring my car around. After about 20 minutes, they came back and told me they actually needed to order another part but I could drive my car for now. The check engine light was still on. It took about another week for that part to arrive. Then I was told it would cost around another $2,000. At that point, I tried to work out some kind of solution or discount with them because of everything that happened. As of the time I'm writing this review, I have not received a response despite attempts to follow up. What disappointed me most was the communication throughout the process. Being told my car was finished, paying for the repair, and then finding out more repair parts were needed. Combined with the delays, additional transportation costs, and the lack of follow-up afterward, this was not the level of service I expected. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the shop is able to improve its communication and customer service going forward.
