It was time for fuel on this trip and I have no idea about this area so I just checked the signs…read morealong the highway that directed me to fuel. I try to stretch it out and only get fuel when I absolutely need to. This worried my colleague and put her at ease, I found the nearest gas station. Well, when it comes to a Love's, it's more like a truck stop. There's really not much off this side of the highway. Honestly, it's the Love's with an attached McDonald's. There are a few more things on the other side of the highway, but if you want a quick on/off stop this is what you got. The main reason for this stop was obviously fuel. I pulled up to the pump and do the whole pay-at-the-pump motions. However, there was some type of miscommunication going on at the pumps. I have the app/loyalty program. I rarely come to a Love's, they are few and far in between. I go through the motion's, follow the prompts on the screen, but it's just not working. I wasn't the only one, the person at the pump behind me was having the same issue, and the person right next to me was as well. It wouldn't take my scan or number for the loyalty portion. I kind of gave up because it's not something that was going to make or break this transaction. I scan my card to start pumping and this is where things started moving. After you scan to pay is when it wants to take your loyalty card. Confusing to say the least. I believe a lot of the people went inside to have this corrected. I have no idea whether it was posted anywhere on the pumps how to do this whole process. But if it wasn't, they need to do something. Ran inside after pumping to get some water and head out.

If you find yourself in need of a tow truck, Eddie and One-Way Towing should be your first choice…read more If I could pick three words about my experience with Eddie....he's trustworthy, thoughtful and dependable. I had a car accident in October (avoiding a deer hit, I wound up in the guardrail) in the mountains of West Virginia and was towed to the closest dealership in Roanoke, VA. Not only was I scared and in shock, I was stranded in WVA until he showed up within an hour (remember, I was literally in the middle of nowhere) and we took a 3 hour trip Roanoke to Land Rover in Roanoke, VA. He made me feel safe plus the whole situation was a seamless experience. Eddie was very knowledgeable, fair, ethical and clear about expectations for the trip and what I might expect on a Sunday, particularly because the car was not road drivable. Did I mention, he's also a very likable guy! It's obvious that he has insight and experience dealing with people in stressful situations. His voice was calming, empathetic and patient, which, after a car accident and was exactly what I needed to hear. Don't waste your time looking for another tow company: I recommend this company without reservation. If I haven't convinced you yet, Eddie was so concerned about my safety that after dropping off the car, he made sure I found a clean hotel for the night and brought my luggage into the hotel for me, explained to the front desk about our odyssey, and only left after he was sure I had a room. After such a long, emotional day, he was my guardian angel. We need more Eddie's in the world today.

It's crazy, right? Who reviews a gas station? But this deserves a story. We were moving across the…read morecountry and I was driving a 26 foot Penske truck towing our car while my husband was driving the other car. We got off at the exit for gas and found the gas station. It was a difficult trick getting the truck situated correctly so that the pump was in the correct position. While I was pumping the fuel (diesel), Billy came over to talk to us. The first thing he did was tell us that there was no re-entry on westbound I-64. The town had rejected it and there was no sign so that people would buy stuff in town. Anyway, he gave us tips on where to go, and then he told us that we could just leave the truck where it was (parked at the pump) so that we didn't have to try to move it while we ate lunch at the Subway which was attached. Moving the truck would have involved backing up the behemoth with the towed car. Anyway, I'm giving this place a high review because of Billy's helpfulness. Go Billy!

Worst auto repair shop iv ever been too in my entire life, not only do they over charge people (50…read moredollars and hour for labor) they sell worn down, cheaply made products in which they sell extremely high, iv had a 1988 ford f150 truck from them not only was he charging me 2500 but i had to buy parts constantly to keep it running, and charged for labor on the truck the day i signed for it, hadn't even drove it off the lot yet, needless to say i gave them the truck back it was more of a burden then a project. My brother in law perchanced in full a set of tires from them and they all busted one by one and the rims were scratched and chipped (cheap) they offered to replace the tires (for their prices of course) just to bust again, claiming they are brand new tires, my friend took his truck up there to fix the radiator they dropped it and still installed it and it had a bad fitting on it from being dropped and it leaked really bad, and of course he was charged full price for it. I could go on and on about how poor this business is and i for one am surprised they are still in business. If you are considering going too this place for ANY type of service or to purchase a vehicle i suggest you think again, take it from me drive a further distance for a better auto shop cause this shop will just rip you off every which way they can.
