However, when I used my Chevron Card at the pump I was charged $3.23 per gallon. I went inside to inquire, and the lady said the $3.16 is for cash only. Interesting, why would you have Cash/Chevron Card on the sign then? She said, "Well, that's what they told us." Ok, I guess that's all the answers I'll get. Granted, I could've asked for management or make a phone call, but that's more time than I'm willing to give to this matter. I'll fill up elsewhere.

The car wash is pretty good. The gas tends to be priced really high, so if we get gas, it's across the way at Shell. Also should note that this is a very dangerous intersection- always a crash here (evidence of alters in this area), for some odd reason, so just be on your guard if you're in this area.

This night, as I was pumping my gas, I was given a cross necklace by a man walking through the parking lot. I was waiting for him to ask me for a donation, but he just said "God Bless You" and walked away. That was nice. I also got a quick car wash and $40 later I was gone.

Worst customer service. Second day in a row I've gone there to get gas for 2 different vehicles…read more Both times were around 7pm. Both times I went to go wash my windows and Both times the buckets were dry as a bone. The first time the guy behind the counter actually told his coworker to get some of the cleaner from the back and at least shecame out with a cup of water with a cleaning packet dumped in it. Good enough. The second time, the manager or assistant manager told me she had no cleaner for the buckets so I asked her for at least some water. She just replied" I have nothing for them" I asked her " you don't have any water?" To which she just said no. Typical lazy bitch stuff. She and I both know there was an employee bathroom, with a sink that she could have gotten some from. But no she wouldn't move her lazy ass to help anybody. That's why it's vegas is the worst state in terms of customer service. The worst! None of the business owners or their employees give a shit about anything, much less a paying customer. It's like everyone who lives here goes out of their way to show you how much they don't care about customer service. I've lived here for 10 years now and it's always been the same. The first day we were here we went to Walmart and our cashier never once even looked at us, never mentioned a word, and set my change on the counter, all without looking up. I know I could waste my time calling arco's corporate office but really, what for? Would anything change? Would they call the station to tell them to make sure there is water in the window washing buckets? I hardly think so. If I got to talk to an actual person all they would say is" well first of all sir I wanted to apologize for th way you were treated, I want you to know that's not our policy and we will be speaking with them about the situation and we thank you for your business" then they would hang up and that would be it. So what's the use? Customer service in this world is a thing of the past

My card gives you an immediate $0.25 discount per gallon, so with today's prices, I try to use it where ever I am. I remember the last time I was here a few years ago, and the sign had one price (while the pump), charged a different [higher] price. Well, they did it again. Plus, I didn't get my $0.25 per gallon discount. I highly recommend you steer clear (yes, the pun is intentional) of this 76 gas station at Charleston and the 95. And, as you can see, most people do. The posted gas price and the price you'll pay is $0.10 more at the pump. When I started to complain, two very foul-mouthed a__holes began yelling at me. I left feeling I had just been victimized. How in God's name do you post one price and charge another? And why the city of Las Vegas, or maybe it's North Las Vegas, doesn't come in and close this place down is beyond my comprehension.
