I had to reschedule my procedure for 10/21/2025 due to the Walgreens pharmacy not finding the fax…read moremy doctor's office sent them twice. I called my doctor's office about 4:30 pm to inform them that Walgreens couldn't find their fax on 10/20/2025. My doctor's office then called Walfreen Pharmacy back with me on a third line to let them know it was faxed at 2:15 pm,10-20-2025. They informed us they had received the fax and that I should come about 5:45 pm to pick up the medicine. When I arrived there, I was told they didn't have it; it was a mistake. I went home very upset. I decided to call back to start a complaint. Finally, they answered and said they remember my doctor's office calling with me on the line. They identified me with the wrong birthday information. He proceeded to say I could come and get the medicine, and still start the dosage at 9 pm as long as I take the next dosages before the procedure, it was already 8:50 pm. My procedure was supposed to start 10/21/2025 at 9:30 am. My first dosage was supposed to be at 6 pm, and the other at 3 am before my surgery procedure. Now I will be charged a fee for rescheduling my procedure.

This pharmacy is borderline criminal. They attempt to interfere with the medical care between my…read moredoctor and I. They attempt to play God when they are simply here to fill prescriptions. They put holds on prescriptions even after calling and confirming that it should be filled. Only to go in and being told they can't fill it... then tell it needs to be filled- so they say ok. All they have done is waste my time. This has happened multiple times while I am in severe pain. This place is unethical. It's not surprising they are failing as corporation. Use CostPlusDrugs instead of Walgreens whenever possible.

Over the years I started coming less and less as it felt increasingly unwelcoming and grungy compared to other grocery stores. A while back I tried to curbside orders to see how that would go, I ended up sitting waiting in the car for longer than it would have taken me to just go in and buy the items. The requirement to use digital coupons has made shopping more of a chore, especially when sometimes they won't scan or the internet in the store isn't working properly. Today really took the cake. I came by to grab a birthday cupcake which is already overpriced at $5 but it's for a friend's birthday. I stood there watching the person in the bakery department doing something in the distance. She looked up with me standing there waiting has she licked her finger. Then went back to work. I took a look around the bakery department thinking maybe I could get something that wasn't behind the glass that I needed help with. But nothing caught my eye. Eventually she looked up again and said in a very frazzled voice "I need to do this, do you want to wait?" I think my eyes clearly demonstrated that the answer was no as she went back to work without waiting for a response. I opted to grab some pre-packaged cupcakes instead. I'll still come here out of convenience from time to time as I kind of appreciate how laid back the store is compared to some others that I just find overwhelming and full of people. Perhaps this Kroger just harkens back to a simpler time, when we weren't in such a rush?

They sell 66 Phillips gas and have a humongous store that reminds me of Buc-ee's on major freeways to nearby cities. Service was excellent. Employees were very friendly. Stuff is neatly stocked on the shelves. I came here for a drink. I got curious with Watermelon Iced Tea, sweetened and unsweetened. I mixed them in my cup, because I don't like sweet teas. The taste was surprisingly good. It's definitely made with real tea. I don't care about where the flavor came from. It wasn't overwhelming. I will try different flavors next time. Besides the convenient store, there's a food stand to the west side of the footprint. The food smells so good. I was attracted to "Pizza Wedge".
