She seems to always be moving in high gear but always stops to help, answer questions or anything asked of her. My daughters absolutely love them, and it's turned into a little family tradition to stop here and snap a picture with the dinosaurs on every trip. We've been stopping here for about three years now, and it's fun to see our "annual dinosaur photo" collection grow. Aside from the dinosaurs, I've never really had an issue with the bathrooms, which is something very important to me when traveling with little ones. I usually bring our own toilet seat covers and a travel potty seat (just to be safe), but the facilities here have always been clean enough for us. Another big plus is the selection of toys inside. As parents, we know how helpful it is to find a little something to keep the kids entertained and happy when getting them back into their car seats for the next leg of the trip. Overall, this isn't just a gas stop for us it's become a fun and reliable tradition for our family road trips. We look forward to visiting every time we pass through!

I was checking out the aisles picking up an Arizona magnet, mint tin and chuckling at the t shirts. Had to buy one although two had the funniest sayings. I can wear it and see hub's expression since it says: if you don't like my attitude don't talk to me( so sassy but made me laugh) Had to get Kit Kats 2 for $6 and Reese's pb cup too. Cuz when I get home it's back to logging my sugar daily. For now I'm still on vacation.

After I left the, zero calorie one I wanted wasn't what a grabbed. Darn it. I should have held fast to water. The store was clean and spacious with two self checkout stations. The cashier was helping a customer, so quickly I moved to self checkout and was on my way. Upon leaving the customers were parking and entering, so good timing for me.

Dateland is in a really unique space since there really isn't too much out there besides rest stops or you would have to drive several miles to get to a similar spot somewhere else. Dateland offers a gas station, convenience store, pizza hut, Dateland shakes, Tesla supercharger station, and a gift shop. Most of the places inside the travel center are open pretty late so it's not too bad to roll over here late in the evening for a pit stop, especially since other stations aren't really around that offers this level of variety to you on your drives. Will definitely be using this center again!
