In terms of customer service this place does a decent job. They have so many different options for snacks. Not only that but they have many options for healthy snacks which is not always available at 7-Eleven. The gas pumps worked pretty fast and I had no issue with getting a receipt from the pump which sometimes is a problem at gas stations. There's honestly nothing to complain about this location. Great staff and friendly customer service. The staff was very polite and courteous. The one downside is that it is slightly dirty both on the interior and the exterior. But most gas stations are like that.

We walk in the door, and before even saying a word or getting in shop all the way, immediately, Steven at the desk says "If you are just here to take up space and not buy anything than leave". No greeting, nothing. We somewhat brushed it off because I'm sure kids go there to mess around a lot, but it's not even over. Me and my one other friend quietly got our slurpees and brought it to the desk like normal, with our 2 other friends waiting by the door for us to check out. Steven, talking to our friends behind us who didn't purchase slurpees, says "If you aren't going to buy anything than you don't need to come in". And just went on and on about how we don't need to be in his gas station at all. Didnt tell us our total, didn't say bye, thank you, nothing. The process went smoothly, and I appreciated the excellent customer service during the membership setup. At the time, Costco was running a promotion where opening auto-renewal would qualify me for a $50 Shop Card. I received the card by email about a week later and decided to use it during my first grocery purchase. Unfortunately, my checkout experience was disappointing. I wasn't aware that the Shop Card needed to be scanned before applying it to the transaction. When I tried to use it, the cashier seemed frustrated and commented that he would need to void the transaction and wait for a manager. Another associate grabbed my cart and started putting items onto the conveyor belt quickly, and I wasn't sure which items I should leave in the cart. While I had a great experience setting up my membership, my first grocery shopping experience at Costco was not what I expected. I hope the checkout process can be handled with more patience and better communication, especially for new members who may not be familiar with how everything works.

This place runs scams. Promo at the pump promised 25 cent/gallon discount if you entered cell…read morenumber and then enter a code. Then the pump would not allow me to select a grade. I notified the disinterested staff and rather than fix the problem they said I should try another pump (4 out of 12 were "out of service"). Used my CC proceeded to pump gas, but no promo offer. I went back to the cashier to demand my 25 cent/ gallon discount. They said they could do nothing has nothing to do with promotions, even though it appears on the pump screen. They said I could pay inside and "maybe" get the promised promotion. They could clearly see the pump was already running. Clearly a scam as the man filling his vehicle at the next pump had the same issue. Avoid this business. There are 2 better gas stations at this intersection that won't waste your time.
