I save 5 cents per gallon through BP rewards and another 10-16 cents per gallon through Get Upside. The final price ends up being a few cents cheaper than the gas from the warehouse club. Service is excellent. Most of the time there is an attendant eager to pump your gas for you. The few times when I came here later at night I pumped my own gas and the equipment operated well. Cash price and credit price are the same.

The jobs were completed neatly, within estimated times (based on book times which I had read prior to bringing my 2013 GMC Savana van in). The price was well within normal expectations, both for the time and for the local area. I confirmed the work afterwards by examining the brake and power steering fluids, noting the work area under my hood clean and neat around the fluid storage sections. I also noted that, without asking, they filled my windshield washer fluid. Nice touch. :) I was promptly called when the job was finished and found my van doors locked when arriving, believe it or not something that too many stations fail to do. I was pleased with the work and feel lucky to have such a professional service station so close to my home.

Get rid of the full-service sign if you're not offering that option anymore. The former owner (or employee?) never failed to come out and pump gas. The current owner (or employee) just stares at me from inside his station of the four or five times I've gone here and there's been no one else waiting besides me. I'd understand if he was busy but it wasn't in those instance. If I didn't have gas rewards through Shell then I'd probably go to a different location that actually did provide the full service they advertise.

The 15 cents off is based on the cash price as this is their card and not a random credit card and is consistent discount regardless of station. All BP's that I have stopped at do just that, reprice the cost of the gallon at the pump of the cash price minus 15 cent per gallon discount. Not so at this location. This station discounts the credit card price as the owner claims that I used a credit card, regardless that it is the BP REWARDS card so he in essence is skimming off 15 cents per gallon on every gallon sold when someone uses the BP rewards card. So, as and example cash $3.50 Credit $3.65 using the rewards card the 15 cents off should reduce the cash price to $3.35 He instead reduces the credit price by 15 cents so the station benefits and keeps the 15 cent per gallon discount times the volume of fuel sold. I confronted him about it and gave a bulls**t explanation as to how he figures the discount should work. He knows exactly what he's doing and is ripping off everyone who uses the BP rewards card AND....has the brochures on the pump to sign up. Reported to the local BBB and corporate BP.

Pricing is fair but the part I licked the best was that I went for coffee and when I told the extremely pleasant young lady behind the counter I was getting gas (a question she asked me,) there was no charge for the coffee.
