The slowest pumps and absolute worst customer service I've ever witnessed. It took almost 20 minutes to pay for gas and it wasn't even busy.

On August 31, 2020 around 11:30p, my 17 year old son stopped to at your store to put gas in my car…read more His debit card became lodged/stuck in the machine at the pump ( pump 2). He went into the store to obtain assistance and apparently the store clerk told him there's nothing she can do. The store clerk DID NOT attempt to physically assist. My 17 y/o son then calls me and I speak with store clerk who at this point had not attempted to call anyone else (manager) for assistance until I suggested she call. It took several call attempts to manager before he finally answers. When the manager answered, the store clerk immediately apologize to the manager for waking him up. Needless to say, the manager says the same thing- there's nothing he can do and that my son would have to leave his bank debit card in the machine overnight and unprotected until someone ( the machine person) comes the next day to retrieve it). After I kept insisting that I was uncomfortable with this solution the store manager hung up in the store clerk's face. On a better note, THANK GOD for the Flowood Police Dept. I gave them a call and within minutes they came out and retrieved the card from the pump machine and saved the night. The POLICE did what the store clerk and store manager should've taken the initiative to do. Their poor response, lack of concern, lack of training towards this situation should not be acceptable. Suggesting to leave a card at a pump overnight and unprotected was NOT the smartest or safest solution. This solution did not have the safety of your customer in mind. This was a selfish and callous solution. I highly recommend that you train your employees including your first line manager to handle situations such as this with respect and concern for your customers. Thank you
