A large tankard was blocking the lot. As I was turning around, a young female employee came running out to my car and accused me of stealing gas. She said" You didn't pay for your gas. It was $100.00!" I explained to her that I had not gotten any gas and was turning my car around. I told her to stop accusing me and go check her monitor. When I finally was able to turn my car. I went into the store to make a cash purchase. She continued to make accusations saying she wasn't not accusing me, etc. Certainly in this climate, I can understand her concerns, but she needs to have facts and treat customers with respect. First, my car does not hold $100.00 worth of gas, secondly, one would have to put a card in the machine to authorize such an amount. I am a local pastor in town and can well afford to pay for gas. This company appears not to care much about its employees or customers as a single person is unable to effectively manage the customer needs. She calls me gets rude when I go to trying to explain to her she cuts me off tells me that the situation that happened has nothing to do with her. She doesn't want to get involved hangs up then my sister calls her back for her to get rude and sit and call my sister the f... b word and a f...... idiot then tells her that we're harassing her even though she called me and hangs up please don't give this woman no business because she is a miserable woman. They jumped on it and had everything passing state inspection in a couple days for a very reasonable price. I will continue to use them for things I cannot manage to do myself. They made a real bargain of replacing all the brake line a few years ago. I gave them a hint for rusted out brake lines. Just use a hacksaw.

The belt to the alternator that had just been replaced had come apart since the Hundai dealer didn't tighten any bolts. These guys re did all the work the Hundai dealer had poorly installed and tomorrow is Christmas eve! On the spot repair for 84 bucks. We are on the road w a 6 moth old and can't say thanks enough! This place is a total rip-off! My riding buddy had a flat rear tire about 10 miles away from their…read moreshop. So they came with a U-haul motorcycle trailer and a pickup truck, and after WE loaded the bike on the trailer they towed it back to their shop and the mechanic who towed it (nice guy) plugged the tire. Then he says go see the boss for the bill. They gouged my friend $265.00 for a ten mile tow. That's not a typo! That's just crazy, but what are you gonna do? I know! Never go back there, and tell all your friends to stay away too.
