The doctor talked to me about my medical issues and I also took copies of medical records documenting my issues in case he needed them. He was very friendly and professional and made sure all my questions were answered before getting all the paperwork I needed to send in for my card. This is a great place to get your evaluation done. He's a very kind and patient man (who realizes that he is is usually the first initial contact with a client for this whole process) was SO nice. He explained the whole process for a 'novice' such as I with all this and answers any questions. Everything including the price is explained right up front, very patiently. So.....you have then--the initial call to make an appointment and then AT the appointment--it was 1- 2- 3 bang-boom! Seth walked me through everything and if all goes well--within 4 to 5 days I should be able to print off or receive my card in the mail! They also give a nice discount on their fee for either being on disability or being a veteran. Their price is SO worth the fee that they charge, walking me through the process and the peace of mind knowing that they're with me through this. I can't say enough good about this whole experience, and the FOUR of them helping me. Dr. Murphy is a lady doctor who you will just LOVE, btw... (AND Trisha and Seth who are at the location!) One thing though is that the Google map is facing a weird way--AND they keep having their SIGNS stolen (because they have a m-leaf on them) so, go early to your appointment so you can find the place...it's on the WEST side of College Ave. Look for the BARBER's flag which is at the end of the building complex and pull in there! CAUSE I SPOKE THE TRUTH?! So my friend it was his FIRST time there...so its obvious instead of fixing the situation...they dont care anything about their patients... THOSE PICTURES BELOW IN MY POST WERE NOT POSTED UNTIL MY POST. THEY WONT SELL TO ME BECAUSE THEY DO PEOPLE DIRTY AND I CAUGHT ON!!! I use to really like coming here until the last few times coming in. First off, the girl with the medium length black hair & glasses or not? Anyways, when I first started coming to Advance Wellness, I saw that they advertise for the RSO program. They took my name and told me "our manager will check on it and give you a call back". Ok sure! No..problem! Well, a few months go by and the first time I had an issue is, I once again asked the girl with the black hair what was up with the RSO program and the manager has never gotten back to me and the girl responded "this isnt our managers only job and she has been really busy, plus the RSO program is for people who have cancer". I didnt say anything because I had plenty of RSO but I go to the cancer care center of America...what if all us cancer patients DONT WANT to talk about how many days we possibly have left on this earth?! Its NONE of her business about my illness...but yet this "budtender " y'all have working is supposed to be caring & helping me get my medicine.... I think not! Also, this past weekend...8/29/26 area i asked for a indica...bought 14g of a INDICA then turned around and bought what was supposed to be 14g of a SATIVA HYBRID high THC% & TERPS. Explain to me why I brought an OUNCE of the same thing?! Sour zprite & face off og or something like that is the EXACT same. And its GARBAGE!!! Doesn't do crap. When I went into y'all's shop, not only did I tip all the budtenders well because I thought they were taking good care of me even when that girl would say some stupid crap that she didn't even know what the hell she was talking about, but when you give me crap weed and even the same type of weed, I'm good.
