Referred to Roger G Jain by my employer assistance program. Supposed to get 20% cheaper. I think I…read moregot charged 20%++ more instead! I do not recommend Roger G Jain associates and specifically Renae Mundis-Mitchum. She quoted me around 5k - 7k for a contested divorce. She charged for every little thing while I did most of the work and digging and contesting. She ended up charging over 13k for a very simple divorce. She did not fight for me and even referred another lawyer, (more competent than her to my now ex-husband) who overpowered Renae, and thus, my ex was awarded more than he should have gotten. She did not fight back against the other lawyer and was pretty quiet during mediation and didn't give a fight or arguments, getting answers out of her was like pulling teeth sometimes and quite rudely too. I am not happy with Roger G Jain Assoc or Renae. Too bad I didn't find out more about Renae before from people/attorneys before, seems feelings mutual about her. .

Tony was so friendly and so personable. During my interview, I was so nervous and Tony made sure to keep me calm and continued to reassure me throughout the interview that everything was going to be alright --- which it was! I ended up passing my interview and am now awaiting to receive my oath appointment in the mail. Tuyen, who is his assistant was amazing with me too. From day one, she was by my side as well. Always communicated with me whether via email and/or by phone. She also worked with my work scheduled which really helped! Bottom line, I highly recommend The Dinh Law Firm. From my experience, I can honestly say that I didn't feel like I was just another client, it almost felt like family/friend relationship. Their attention to detail is exceptional. Their customer service is exceptional. Their communication is exceptional, and most importantly, their knowledge in immigration law is exceptional, so look no further and contact The Dinh Law firm with any immigration questions and/or concerns you might have. You won't be disappointed --- I promise! Tony, once again, thank you a million times for being my biggest cheerleader throughout the whole process! I will never forget! My case was settled…read moreapproximately a year and a half ago, and I was informed last year that the only remaining step was Mr. Powell's final approval before my settlement funds could be released. Unfortunately, as of today, I have still not received my settlement payment. Over the past year, I have made numerous attempts to obtain an update by phone and email. When I call the office, I am typically told that my message will be marked as urgent and that someone will contact me, but I never receive a response. My emails have also gone unanswered. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. The lack of communication has left me with more questions than answers, and I am disappointed by how this matter has been handled. Based on other reviews, it appears I am not the only client experiencing these issues. I understand that legal matters can take time, but clear communication and timely updates should be a priority. At this point, I am simply looking for answers and resolution regarding my settlement.

Undergoing the process of a lawsuit was already unfamiliar but doing it with a lawyer who you don't know was a bit scary. Rarely do circumstances end up being "fair" in this unfair world but in my case, Zehl & Associates fought for what was fair and won on my behalf. I'll be forever grateful. Thank you.
