The beautician valued my input and it was a decent cut. Today I decided to bike to the salon to tan. Oops I forgot my eyewear. Shouldn't be a problem as when I switched purses I forgot them once and the receptionist was more than happy to accommodate me as I'm a regular. It takes 10 seconds to dip them in barbicide. 10 seconds to keep a customer. Well today 10 seconds lost a customer. Thank your receptionist. I would have given 5 stars before today but customer service is everything. You can give an decent hair cut but if you accommodate your customers with the simple things it goes a long way.
