The name of my most capable hygienist is Sandi, not Cindy. Unkowingly I have been call her by the wrong name all these years. Sandi is very dexterous and thorough in cleaning my teeth. She is so experienced that she knows all about my teeth in and out. I know that I am in good hands caring for my teeth. You must ask for Sandi if you need to clean your teeth. As for Dr. Wasserlauf, I just had a tooth implant, for the first time under his care. He was amazing! While he was working on my tooth, I did not feel what was going on in my mouth. He prescribed pain medicine for me but I did not need it since there was no pain in my mouth after the surgery. Dr. Wasserlauf restored all my teeth to good condition that were very badly looked after by a dentist when I lived in Hong Kong. Without Dr' Wasserlauf's care I would have been wearing dentures at a young age. Dr. Wasserlauf is capable, conscientious and caring beyond monetary gain. Do not hesitate to visit Dr. Wasserlauf and/or Sandi for dental care. They are the best!

At first, I didn't know anything about High Ridge Family Dental. Once I arrived, everyone was very…read morepolite. When Dr. Matthew Kim started evaluating my teeth, I knew that he was knowledgeable. After the first day of work on my teeth, he was also concerned about my comfort constantly. He even called me at home and offered me his cell phone number if I had any issues. His staff is polite and excellent with financing, billing, and appointments. I'm not finished yet, with my treatment so I don't know yet how I'll look, but I feel completely comfortable with Dr. Kim and his staff. I'm sure that my new implants will come out perfect and I can't wait to have my new upper and lower implants. Dr. Kim is as good as any other dentists that I had for 20 years. My main reason for having Dr. Kim at first is that his dental fees are the most reasonable, and others dental implant fees are almost double, which is unaffordable for me..Dr. Kim makes his fees totally affordable, because he has the special equipment and training to make the implants in his office lab. He made some updates to the office and equipment which was nice (so was the old school ways). Yes, the office is conveniently located, yes it's easy to get an appointment. However, Dr. Kim was inexperienced when I went to him. I gave him a year to prove his skills ones he took over. 1) During one cleaning he forgot to polish me teeth until I reminded him 2) I had a gum line filling that he attached to my tooth. It didn't match the color of my teeth (which are in excellent shape and have great natural color. I decided to attempt another practice after the year was up. My new dentist asked me "when did the dentist finish school". As she picked it off and gave me a new filling. The new filling is hard to find, see and can't be noticed by me when I clean my teeth. Also, I inquired with Dr. Kim if I needed to straighten my bottom teeth with Invisalign out of curiosity. he attempted to sell me on the idea and called insurance but I was quite sold. I've asked three dentist since then and they told me ABSOLUTELY NOT. Be aware if you come to this dental office, I'm shocked the reviews are so high.
