I understand shops get busy and policies can change, but waiting three months for a diagnosis with no communication and then being told the promised discount would not be honored was extremely disappointing. The first time our power went out, we had a little trouble opening the door manually. When we called J&W, they came out, made an adjustment, and told us they would't leave until they were sure us old folks could easily open that door. (They also stressed that the door has a 3-year guarantee and they would be happy to come out any time we needed.)
