We interact with the staff when we are there with no problems, more than helpful. They have a great selection of food, you just need to watch for expiration dates. We love exploring the aisles and shopping carts and getting great discounts on items and cases of food. We buy in bulk and are always looking for a bargain, who cares if the product is slightly damaged or dented or soon to expire. We usually overfill our cart with non-pershable pantry shelf items, detergent, and paper goods. We buy gift cards via mail for gifts for the holidays and afterwards. We wish we had a Wenger's Grocery Outlet where we live.

The bathroom stall itself was okay , the faucets were corroded with I don't know what and there was no soap in the bathroom at all. I had to ask my husband to go back into the men's bathroom to get me some soap, of which when he opened the door it wreaked of urine. Drinks were priced regularly , but a bag of chips were $5.99 and there weren't even family sized. The staff was okay, customer service was sub par.
