It is actually not that bad of a place, it offers actual goods that people use at home like tin foil, and other kitchen items, along with things like drinks, chips, coffee, etc. The building looks quite old, and the staff were unprofessional... it took probably over 30 minutes just to check out one drink, and a staff member couldn't even find a product. Once I was being checked out, the clerk asked how much the price on the drink was because their systems were down, and they couldn't scan it. The whole experience was bad, it only got two stars because of the variety of items. I suggest that you should just go to the CITGO station up the road!

Then the gentleman in line behind me was older, obviously 60 to 70yrs old and ahe asked him for an ID to buy a beer. Are you kidding me? I asked her does he look under the age of 40? Because this gentleman didn't have an ID he couldn't get the beer. Unbelievable. Not a very convenient store. It looked like to me she was having a bad day and was taking it out on her customers. However, I made a gas purchase in the amount of $80.72 at the location on 10/17/22. On 10/20/22, I received an email from CheckRedi (apparently a third-party collections company CircleK uses to process the EasyPay) indicating that CheckRedi was charging me an additional $35 for the purchase because the original payment did not go through. I might add that I have never had an issue with CircleK EasyPay previously, and I actually have enjoyed the convenience of the EasyPay system. I contacted CircleK customer service via telephone and email explaining the situation. I received no response from either. I contacted CheckRedi and explained the situation to 3 different managers. They were absolutely unapologetic and were not willing to admit the ACH transfer could have been a glitch or in error. I told CheckRedi that I was disputing the $35 charge from them, however, I would absolutely agree to pay the original purchase amount I actually did owe. CheckRedi would not accept this. I then started to CheckRedi that I am officially disputing the charge and will take this to whatever level needed to expose this egregious customer service. Well, here we are. When and IF CircleK customer service gets back to me and resolves this issue, I will surely change the nature of this review. I trust this will happen in time as I have no reason not to expect otherwise. However, I believe CircleK needs to understand how the actions of CheckRedi are detrimental to the customers of CircleK. This is NOT who you want to represent your company.

There is a newer guy there I'm pretty sure he worked there before with curly dark hair he's the only one that says hello whenever I walk in so thanks for that at least somebody knows about customer service there
