Our order was missing a few things, and when I called about it, I was told that "Nobody is going to bring it to you, but you can drive back up and get it." This would have been acceptable if when my husband was picking up our food, some random poachers weren't harassing him, and one even went so far as to reach into the driver side window!!! When I informed said 'New management' of these events, he said nastily that "My attitude wasn't helping!" You might get it before running out of medicine you might not. God forbid you have a problem with your prescription they will flat out tell you that they will not call your insurance pharmacy help line to get a prescription paid for by your insurance. I have had to reach out to corporate several times to get any kind of help with my prescriptions filled because the technician and pharmacist refused to do their job that they should do it because it is in their job description and is the correct thing to do is take care of your patients. My husband is a veteran and across the street from the store is base housing he is going to make a few calls to other veterans and active duty and tell them not to fill here. However, Valerie the assistant manager was extremely rude today because I wanted her to put my number in the system to track my monster. She got extremely frustrated and canceled the entire transaction and stated it over. I was trying to talk to her and tell her to just void the monster and re-scan it so I could put my number in the system. Her attitude was EXTREMELY unprofessional, especially for an assistant manager!!!! However, I would like to rave about a young man who also works at this location. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but he is always a delight when I come into this store. He is always helpful and does his job very well. He is the one who should be the assistant manager, not Valerie! customer service is what is lacking in today's society. I could understand if she was having a bad day and apologized but she shouldn't have taken it out on paying customers. I came back into the store and asked to speak to a manager, owner, etc. She told me that she was the only one who was working and I couldn't have anyone's number. I want a formal complaint filed against Valerie. Honestly, if I acted like that when I was younger, I would have been fired right on the spot.
