We were just looking for a designer and contacted 2nd City Homes about exterior color changes on…read morejust the front of our house. Walter said they would come out and take pictures of our house and send a few renderings with different color changes. Walter and Mirabelle came out, took pictures and were very pleasant to work with. Renderings were promptly sent with the different color changes. Unfortunately, the roof on the renderings were totally different then our roof lines. They had much more angles and valleys which made the house look more dramatic than our house which has a simple straight up and straight down roof. Contacted Mirabelle and asked if she could change the renderings to match our roof, she responded that they would have to come out and take all kind of dimensions to accomplish this. If I'm not mistaken, they have computer programs that allow you to just drop a current picture in and make whatever changes you want to make on coloring, etc. We got a few color ideas from the renderings but would have liked to see the exact rendering of our house with the different color changes. Before we make any changes, it would have been nice to see the actual rendering of our house. It would be unfortunate if we made the changes and have it not look as we expected due to the simpler roof line.
