The crew went above and beyond every day--clean, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. At the end of each workday, they neatly picked up ladders, paint cans, and drop cloths, leaving everything tidy and organized. Most importantly, Derek's skill and experience truly set this company apart. Our ceilings have a wavy, textured stucco finish, and he was able to cut a razor-sharp, perfectly clean line between the wall color and ceiling--no easy task. I contacted Bryan about the issues and set up more than 3 different appoints and no call no show every time and then he just flat out refused to return to repair his work. I would not recommend IWT for the simple fact that you can not rely on his word he has zero integrity.
