Said "I know I'm asking alot of questions" and she yes "yes you are" with disgust in her voice. My refrigerator died, so I called a local business, Sheehan's appliance. The store is justifiably closed due to the virus. I was able to leave a message, The owner called me back on a Sunday to see if he could help me. He offered to work something out if necessary to get me a refrigerator, but asked some questions about the issue I was having. He suggested that I try a couple things to correct the issue first, which I did. He saved me about $1300.00 because his suggestions worked. I would not have gotten that type of service from a big box store. I'm quite sure I would have purchased a new one and waited four days for the delivery. This is a small appliance store. The owner has a bad attitude. She quoted the wrong price for an appliance and, after taking the order, called up and told us she was crediting the account and wouldn't sell it to us. She didn't even offer to sell it at a different price. Really just a bad experience. Go to Lowes, it's easy there and they beat the priced we were going to pay. YMMV read more
