I tried it. but I learned and I will not do it again she's not licensed she doesn't even have a business license for God's sake she doesn't part-time and she travels all over which is stupid because she doesn't have a travel grooming vehicle. her idea of a mobile groomer is driving to your doorstep and using your stuff other than the shampoo and little doggy cookies she brings. and charges you for the distance she traveled. 10 stars if it was an option…read more I would first like to say I was a little reluctant to try Heaven based on her reviews, but then I re-read the reviews and HAD to try her out after I realized the reviews were based on ignorance. First and foremost, Heaven Luxury Pet Care is just that "Pet Care". At no point does she claim to be a "mobile vet" and she is not a mobile groomer by definition. She offers a wide range of services which does include but are NOT limited to basic grooming and maintenance. Her services are based on convenience for the customer. Heaven came to my house to give My baby Pandora a bath and play time. I didn't mind she used my "water and electricity". In fact I preferred it being this was the first time meeting Heaven. I like to watch over and make sure my baby is being treated right. (I worked at a groomer when I was way younger and the treatment they gave the pets was terrible because the pet owner was not there). Up front Heavens very lengthy process and stern policies are very clear before booking a service. Everything is MADE KNOWN before your appointment. I loved the fact that she requires shot records prior to a service. This protects my baby and everyone else's. All of her policies are clearly and concisely provided before the service is rendered. She does have a cancelation fee which was made known before I agreed to my service. She is flexible. She will come to you or you can go to her. She will even pick up and drop off. Yes, she charges for gas, and who wouldn't? (When you order pizza you are charged for gas too! It is disguised in the delivery fees) Yes she does provide the convenience of digital communication but will also call if needed. In this day and age, everything is done by email, text, and social media. That should never be held against someone for staying current with the times. Heaven is young and I give her NOTHING BUT PROPS for doing something at such a young age. She could be running the streets but chose to start her own business. I didn't realize this world is criticizing based on age these days. (Warning to the kids out there mowing lawns and babysitting it is unacceptable to be too young and trying to earn money or learn responsibility lol). HEAVEN DON'T LET THESE KARENS DISCOURAGE YOU AND CONTINUE TO BE A BOSS!!! After speaking with Heaven I learned she has several years of experience and a true passion and love for animals. She graduated from college 2 years ago, earned a vet tech degree, and has a full-time job at a vet clinic. The fact is Heaven was wonderful with Pandora. Heaven was friendly and knowledgeable. For her age, she was very professional. Pandora does not like new people and can be aggressive with the unknown. Heaven was patient and kind to her. She won Pandora over with her cookies. (and they were organic) I highly recommend Heaven if you can respect AND accept the fact that she is out there trying to make something out of nothing. Read her forms before signing and don't book the service if you do not agree with her policies. If you are a Karen or don't know how to read and comprehend what you read then Heaven might not be the best fit for you.

I had 2 of my dogs neutered vaccines, checkups etc. On 2 separate and far apart occasions one of my dogs had real bad constant diarrhea and, on another occasion, the other dog had a real bad ear infection. Anyway, even though we were customers there for a while both times that I called to see if they could squeeze on in to take them, we were told that they were booked for 2 weeks and there was nothing they could do. Also, she prescribed medications and procedures that were very expensive and had nothing to do with the issues our dogs were having. After that I immediately stopped taking all of our 3 dogs there and called and told them we wanted all of our 3 dohs medical records to be sent to Banfield Animal Hospital on Posner Blvd in davenport. I realized that Dr. Gerena doesn't give a damn about the pet's wellbeing. She is a money hungry individual. t's all about the money for her. Now are taking our dogs to Banfield hospital and what a difference it is. They are very thoroguh and have wellness plans that you could enter into that covers a whole lot of stuff and saves you alot of money and if your pet needs an operation or procedure that will take time you drop him off and leave them there and they constanly call you with updates on your pets condition etc. One last thing the one time we had one of our dogs neutered at heart of Florida we decided to leave our dog there overnight and we were expecting a call the next morning as to how everything with the surgery went and when to pick them up. never got a call I had to call around 11am. Most vets get into this profession because of their love of animals and after a little bit of time goes on it becomes all about the money, What a damn shame. Also, at Heart of Florida, they are so overwhelmed taking in new pets when you call no one is able to answer your call. they have no consideration or regard that you have spent a lot of money there and have been with them for a while They just keep taking new patients and don't know when to say we are not taking in new patients which would be the appropriate thing to do on my opinion. one last thing Dr. Gerena just got married not so long ago, so I guess she needs plenty of money for a new house and for her future babies. What a disgrace and shame. i do not recommed them at all if you care about your pets!!!!

I make the drive from St Pete to Orlando because this is the only place I completely trust with my dogs. In July of 2024 I decided to make the training investement with both. I knew the mad skills and talents that Lexi & Tai have with dogs and both of mine needed the professional assistance. I enrolled them both together. Archie, is an incredibly stubborn 6 year old husky and Pongo is my overly excited, talking 10 month old Husky. They blend well together but they are not everyone's cup of tea! I trusted these two and their team and they did wonders with compassion, patience and professionalism! My dogs are the core of my world, so as most dog owners I worry how others treat my dogs when away. Lexi would touch in almost everyday, she communicated reports with honesty on progress & she let me know when a post of their training was hitting the social so I could feel better being apart. Recently, when I had to evacuate from St Pete during both of these recent hurricanes to Orlando, the team took them right in and explained to me the precautions and procedures they would be taking with them. This team even stayed overnight during the storms! Talk about going the extra mile. Lexi is amazing at communication and I still ask her questions about training because it's an everyday practice here with my two! Tai radiates love when he talks to the dogs. The staff is very professional, clean, organized and educates you on the different packages/pricing & knows your dog! Also they take great photography of the dogs! (photo of the work added!) Overall, I really appreciate how Darlene followed up personally and took accountability. Aside from the small oversight, I could tell the staff truly cared for our pets. With just a bit more communication and attention to small details, this place could easily be a 5-star experience. I will be bringing our pets back next time we are in need of boarding services. I hope to be able to give a full 5 stars the next time we board with Bass Pet Resort & Spa.
