Before even looking my mom up in the system, I was told the service might cost an additional $300-$400 depending on hair type and then was told Groupon services were only for first-time clients. I explained this was a gift and that I genuinely did not know whether my mom had been there before, and politely asked if she could simply check her system first before denying the service. Instead of helping clarify the situation, the conversation turned argumentative and eventually the owner hung up on me. From the start, the process felt rushed and careless and Rylie had a nasty attitude. The extensions were installed with excessive tension, improper placement, and zero concern for the health of the natural hair. Within days, my daughter experienced intense scalp pain, breakage, and noticeable hair loss. Instead of enhancing her hair, this service destroyed it. She now has uneven patches, weakened strands, and damage that will take months--if not longer--to recover from. A hair extension install should never leave someone afraid to touch or brush their own hair.
