I called back in January of 2021 and left another message with the same secretary to ask for an appointment and again I never heard back. In March of 2021, I left a written message on their website asking to schedule an appointment that was never replied to. A week later I called the office again and told the receptionist that I had had no luck leaving messages with the attorney's secretary and asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to about scheduling an appointment. The Office Manager handled my call and told me that someone would call me back by the end of the day. There was no call back that day but the next day I was called by the attorney and we arranged an in-person meeting for 3:30 on April 12, 2021. At 3:15 on April 12th I showed up at the building and called the receptionist to get admitted to the building. My call was sent to the attorney's secretary's phone and I left a message asking to be admitted. After 5 minutes I called the receptionist again and was put on hold for 10 minutes while she tried to get the secretary on the line but she was unsuccessful and asked me if she could just have them call me back. I finally gave up and left the office. Approximately 10 minutes later, the attorney called me apologizing for the mix up and offered to meet me at any location, at any time but I declined as I had lost confidence in their organizational ability. A half an hour later I received a call from the attorney's secretary asking if I had been contacted by the attorney yet and apologizing for the mix up. They may be good attorneys but I have no confidence in their administrative abilities and don't feel that I could trust them to meet schedules or deadlines.

But the sad hard truth is if you truly lol at some of their lower reviews they seem to not care about smaller cases or cases that don't occur a certain amount of profit which is also understandable. But if that's the case then have a smaller firm for reference purposes. Then you can truly serve the community. But to turn away cases with out talking to a lawyer or any real person besides the intake specialist will definitely start to leave a spur taste in peopes mouth about how u serve your local community. Just my 2 cents good day God bless

From the moment I met Keith Gilmetti I felt that he wasn't interested in taking on my case. He…read moreseemed to push for me to do everything on my own. Usually when you come to someone for a consultation it is to recieve information on how to be represented. He didn't provide me that information. Just told me to contact a QME from a list. And once I did and gave him the report via mail, he said he did not get it. A couple of weeks later I get an email from one of his secretaries to set up a second consultation. Which I shouldnt need a second one since I was already in discussion about him representing. I sent emails about him representing me. I was expecting to get paperwork to sign to get the process rolling. He later sends me an email claiming that I have a case, but he does not want to represent me for personal reasons. Honestly, he is not a very good attorney. Never was upfront with me. Played too many waiting games. I had to do all of the work myself. This whole process with workers comp is new to me. It would have been nice if he would have stepped up to the plate and offered to take my case and handled everything so I could have gotten the process going. I follwed all of the recommended advise he gave me. Did nothing for me. It has been over a year. Wasted my time and energy. Glad I didn't go further with him because I do not think he would have represented me well and got me the settlement I needed.

It was the first time I helped out with hiring a traffic lawyer so I can't really comment on the pricing. But considering that the fine costs way more, I think their pricing is fair for peace of mind since a court appearance was required and we lived 200+ miles away. All communication was through email or phone and they provided lots of updates when they showed up to court. Though we didn't get the results we wanted, they still were able to give the best possible outcome without having anything show up on the record. That was the ultimate goal anyway. Only reason why we didn't give a 5 star was because we thought communication through email could be a little better. Every time we sent an email, we would get little to no response unless we called to follow up. Other than that, I still highly recommend them especially if you get a ticket in the Los Banos/Merced area!

Slam dunk case but in California if you don't have insurance, you have nothing coming. In spite of all this, in spite of not being able to show lost wages, this young attorney managed to squeeze north of $200,000 from this company, a household name company with unlimited resources! On top of that, there was not one moment where I felt he was being disingenuous. And my BS meter is surgically sensitive. Friendly and sincere yet at the same time extremely professional. Has the balls to dig in his heels for his clients, and that pays! It pays because corporate attorneys are bullies, but Mr. Mustoe grew up in an environment where he had to stand tall or die. Rodriguez and Associates are astonishingly lucky to have a man of this character, courage and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend that you look into this good man to help you navigate the evil swamp of greed called "Personal Injury Litigation". P.S. This firms' secretaries, paralegals and drivers are fantastic people, real people who make real connections to the client without being intrusive or fake. Just a really good experience. Trust me. Mr. Gorski told me to call back once I had all my documents, and would see if he would be able to help with the court proceedings but I was left feeling unsupported and uncertain about whether he could assist with my upcoming court date. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend their services based on how I was treated.
