My only complaints are: 1) they need to lock up the makeup and expensive perfumes in safer boxes. (Google "retail safer boxes", SG Systems sells them). I literally saw a woman open foundation and put it on her hand then put it back on the shelf. Also people trying sprays in the aisles. With the boxes, they're clear and the products can be see without being touched or stolen. Especially makeup or expensive perfume Complaint 2: the country music was bad enough but it was almost blaringly loud. I'm not old, but music that loud isn't needed in a small store. Again, some really great gift opportunities. Workers were all over the store and they asked many times if I needed assistance with anything. I plan to shop there more often in the future. I checked the size chart and ordered the appropriate size but when it arrived it was extremely too large. I couldn't find any information on the website about how to do an exchange so I called the customer service number and was told the gift recipient would have to pay shipping to send the item back and then reorder it, at a higher price, and pay for shipping again. When I told them this is horrible because she just wanted to smaller size, they said the only way to exchange is in store. The nearest store is almost 1,800 miles away.
