Be warned. The stylists are "independent contractors ". Anyone can "say" they take their reputation…read moreseriously but when they deflect instead of correct their mistake at my expense I will speak up and vote with my dollars. The stylist I went to several times asked to "correct" my hair but it was just darker of the same that I told her not to use after keeping me in her chair 4 hours the first time, 3 the next. Afterwards she said she was sorry that we had a different understanding of the color while admitting she heard me say to not use that color before starting. She proceeded to gossip maliciously about me to others and I decided to not return to her. I waited over six months before deciding to post this review. There was a lot more that I can say but you get the idea.
