Do Not Ever Use This Company. They are lazy and do not check their work. We went to Italy for a two…read moreweek vacation. The Italian counterpart agent that CRC worked with stuck us in a hotel in a bad neighborhood in Rome. Further, we had no idea we were not near any attractions and several blocks from Termini station (the rail lines) so transit was a bit dangerous and far away. We were also put up at a villa in Chianti that was in the middle of nowhere and he knew we were without a car. We had nowhere to go and were forced to eat dinner there (which was not good). As travel agents, it is CTC's responsibility to check our itinerary and make sure this does not happen to its clients. After our return, our agent didn't check in to see how our trip was for three weeks. When we voiced our concerns we received a one-sentence response saying "Thanks, glad you enjoyed Italy and great feedback!" We loved Italy, but we spent thousands of dollars through CRC Travel and apparently it wasn't enough to merit the care of the agent.

From day one, Rebecca, who works for CRC out of New Jersey, was attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful, especially in planning out every detail of our very ambitious itinerary. For context, our 14-day honeymoon took us to Dubrovnik, Croatia for four days, followed by ten days in Venice, Florence, Rome, Sorrento, and Naples, Italy. That's a total of two countries (well three when you count our day trip to Montenegro, also planned by Rebecca), six hotels in six separate cities, a handful of flights, two trains, one rental car, and many excursions in between. Both countries--and all cities--were brand new destinations for both me and my husband. So with how many places we were hoping to visit, using a travel agent was a no-brainer, especially for such a special occasion. In the beginning phases of planning, Rebecca clearly laid out and articulated all of our different options, with recommendations on what cities to spend more time in and which ones to skip, and providing overall guidance on how she would map out the two-week trip if she was in our shoes. While I tend to be very picky and rarely let others plan things for me (I'll admit it!), having Rebecca weigh-in on all of these moving pieces was extremely comforting and relieving, especially when I was in the thick of planning a wedding. After providing her initial suggestions on the course of the trip, Rebecca quickly went ahead and reserved actual flights and hotels for us, so we could see the overall trip from start to finish before committing and booking anything. Once we confirmed that that itinerary worked, Rebecca continued to be extremely responsive (always responding the same day) and went on to book our rental car, trains, and even key excursions in each of our destinations. She truly served as a concierge when it came to our entire trip and no question of ours went unanswered. Once we were a few days out from the trip, Rebecca sent along a final detailed itinerary which included anything and everything that we would need while abroad. Now again, I'm usually one to disregard these templated documents and make my own, but for the first time ever, I didn't even have the urge to do so; she didn't skip a single beat and was extremely thorough and detailed in what she sent over. I printed multiple copies of the document and used it exactly as it was provided. The honeymoon itself was truly the best two weeks of our lives. We cannot thank Rebecca enough for her expertise and assistance in planning what was a dream come true trip of a lifetime. Every single hotel was stunning and conveniently located (in the best part of every city may I add), and each room had a gift waiting for us upon arrival - exactly what you envision when you think about your honeymoon. For any couple hoping to plan a honeymoon like ours--or any trip for that matter--we strongly suggest you reach out to Rebecca as you will certainly not regret it! The moment I watched it, I started crying and it was a fabulous moment for me and a life turning one. People come here for every part of the world and it was fabulous to watch British, Americans, Chinese, Australians, Turkish, Indians, Germans, Arabs and others performing Hajj with me and with others. I think this is the only place where all people from different territories merge, because there's no other land where I have seen such a big ratio of population. Anyways! It was the arrival at the Jeddah Airport and my family and I were too new in Saudi Arabia as we had never been to that place and it was our first experience and we were really excited and dying to be near Kaaba. Although our travel agency from United States of Mr. Zamir was our first experience as well, and while applying we didn't go for verifications and all, we just sent them the inquiry as we were really short of time, but they did a good job to enrolled us in 2013's Hajj. They also gave us Hajj tips and guideness on how to perform Hajj, but still we had some doubts about how we gonna survive those 30-40 days in Mecca, Medina because we didn't know anything about this place, but the assistance we had from Mr. Zamir's staff was really co-operative one and they supported us very well and gave good directions from arrival to departure. After arrival at Jeddah, we travelled by a huge bus with lots of passengers along with and travelled with them straight to Makkah, and the transportation was good as well. Although we were very drowsy, but excited as well. After some hours we reached Makkah and went to our hotel near Makkah and it was like a good one as well, so we all were really happy that we have got a good accommodation here. After performing Hajj, we felt very relieved and blessed that among those people in this world, Allah has blessed us to perform Hajj and invited here near his home. Seriously, I can't even tell how amazing and how fabulous moment it was when I saw Kaaba in front of my eyes, similarly the Roza-E-Mubarak of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) oh my gosh it was really a fabulous moment as well. We prayed a lot and recited Quran and offered Salat of time as well. Alhamdulillah! All the arrangement were really good. Fabulous trip we had with them, but still some places you need to give more effort is the language issues, because some staff members had some issues of understanding English, so you need to work on this particular area. Mr.Navaid Ahmed helped my family find the best prices for the airline tickets and also made planning the whole trip very easy and stress free! He gave us a very affordable package as well. We stayed at Pullman ZamZam hotel in Medinah which was a great hotel. They provided shuttle services to the women for daily prayers as the gate for the women was a little far. In addition, their agents in Saudi took us to several historical places that were included in the package. We stayed at hotel Marwa Rotana in Mekkah which was another exceptional hotel! This agency is incompetent to say the least! I could have done better if I had booked it myself and had way less stress!! They do not return calls or emails. They changed my original agent to another because the first was "too busy" to reply. This is a $10k trip with a 2 bedroom suite on a cruise and they couldn't be bothered to follow up or give me reminders of upcoming payment dates. Instead they called me the day before the balance was due and said we need it now. I had to email several times to get airfare booked as prices were just going higher and higher, that took a month for them to book! Finally after being fed up, I got thru to them this morning and asked them to release my reservations so I could make changes it to it myself as it would be faster. My dog sitter fell thru so I needed to change the flight day out to LA, it cost me $200 with the airlines to do so because they did not release my reservations. They told me thats not their problem it's an airline rule. I am still currently working with the cruise line to take them off my reservations as well. I had to hang up the phone as Mike was literally yelling at me into the phone. I could go on and on with the horrible details but bottom line....they are rude, incompetent, ignorant to their clients needs and basically think they are doing you a favor by taking on your travel needs.
