I had used them when I was local in Jacksonville but I recently moved out of town and I still used them for a new home and everything went great, I now have a beautiful new home thanks to TrustLine. As far as the other negative review about not knowing where a closing is, that is clearly the Realtor's responsibility, not your Mortgage lenders. TrustLine worked great with all parties, my Realtor, Insurance agent and myself. I look forward to working with TrustLine again in the near future for my next investment property!

My wife and I showed up at their office and were informed the closing was somewhere else, luckily it was in the same building. Everyone I had been dealing with were out of the office when my closing was scheduled, and no one even stopped in during the process. I used them to try and keep my business local, should have used and internet company. Never even got a thank you for my business. And the bonus to all this is they lost two pieces of sensitive information, including a copy of my w-2. If I have any issues with identity theft I will be asking them how they plan on fixing it. My realtor and I tried several times to email and call to figure out where the closing would be (since driving 200 miles one way was not an option), no response for 3 weeks. Finally get an email to ask what time would be good for closing on specified date and nothing to confirm or just say they received the response and were working on it. The day before what would have been the closing date I get an email saying they finally ordered a certificate from the HOA company and wouldnt be closing on time. I called and talk to Toni Lynn the closing agent and was fed nothing but lies about why it was ordered so late. As someone putting everything they have into their home purchase, I would like to say PLEASE do not use this title company, they will not take into consideration your family, time or money. I have never in my 39 years left a yelp review so I hope this helps anyone who is thinking of using this company. DONT DO IT, pick anywhere else. I give this company 0 stars for having no decency to communicate with their clients.

ZERO STARS if I could…read more I will never use State Farm again, and I would absolutely not recommend this office. I called last week to cancel my auto policy because I had sold my car and the rate I was quoted for my new vehicle was outrageous. I cancelled the policy a full week before my premium was due. Despite that, State Farm still drafted approximately $250 from my bank account yesterday for a vehicle I no longer even own. I tried calling this office to resolve the issue, but you cannot get through to anyone. Their phone system literally says they are not accepting calls. I finally drove to the office in person. The receptionist could see a note showing that I had already requested the cancellation, but apparently the autopay was never turned off. She had to process the cancellation again and told me to wait for an email regarding my refund. I received the refund email today, and the amount being refunded is not even half of the payment they took from my account yesterday. So once again, I tried calling the office. Once again, they are not accepting calls. I am now having to deal with a virtual/live chat agent, and even that agent has to contact this office to determine what my correct refund amount should be. I have attached a screenshot showing that even State Farm's own agent cannot simply resolve this without contacting the office. What is going on here? If handling a simple auto-policy cancellation is this difficult, I cannot imagine trusting this office with homeowners insurance or anything more complicated. The lack of communication, inability to reach anyone by phone, incorrect draft after cancellation, and now an incorrect refund amount have made this an absolute mess. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS.
