Incompetent and highly unprofessional. I was at this shop today with my friend and their son, and…read morethe barber was rough, impatient, and incredibly rude to the child. After aggressively yanking the boy's hair with a comb, the barber tried to hide his own lack of skill by making the child feel like his hair was somehow "uncuttable." It is entirely unprofessional to blame a child for your own incompetence as a barber. His hostile attitude caused a massive, stressful scene for the whole family, and left a young boy feeling deeply upset and embarrassed. A real professional treats children with patience and care. Avoid this place at all costs.
