I really wanted to have a positive experience here, especially considering the prices, but…read moreunfortunately the quality of the service does not match what they charge. My biggest concern is the lack of attention to detail. Cuticles are not cleaned up properly, polish is applied unevenly, and the overall finish often looks rushed rather than professional. The nails also do not last as expected and begin lifting far too soon. If you're looking for creative or more detailed nail designs, the skill level has also been disappointing in my experience. Pricing is another major issue. There seem to be additional fees that are not clearly communicated beforehand, and the receipt does not provide an itemized breakdown showing exactly what you were charged for. When I have questioned the total or asked for clarification about the charges, the response has felt defensive and accompanied by an unnecessary attitude. Customers should be able to ask what they are paying for without being made to feel uncomfortable. Customer service could also use significant improvement. A simple greeting and friendly acknowledgment should be standard when someone walks into a business. What makes it more uncomfortable is seeing other customers receive very warm, enthusiastic greetings while you are barely acknowledged. Whether intentional or not, that difference in treatment can leave a customer feeling unwelcome and as though their business and hard-earned money are not equally valued. For the prices being charged, I expect professional-quality nail care, transparency about pricing, consistency, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, my experiences have not reflected that. High prices should come with high-quality work and service--not poorly cleaned cuticles, uneven polish, nails that lift prematurely, unclear fees, and an attitude when a customer simply asks for an explanation of their bill. I hope management takes concerns like these seriously because customers have many choices about where to spend their money. Every paying customer should feel welcomed, respected, and confident that they received the quality of service they paid for.

I went to the nail spa as new to the area. Quan was my technician he gave me a very relaxing…read morepedicure. I would suggest coming back with the nail polish remover on the brush to provide clean edges after polish. I also asked for the basic manicure. I am a Cosmetologist and after reading the menu the lady did the manicure as stated in the menu. I don't feel that it is a $25 manicure plus tip. I feel it is a $10 to $12 quick clean up without Cuticle remover gently pushing back the cuticles, soaking in warm water, base coat plus top coat and providing a lotion massage up to the elbow. It is a 7min manicure with lotion as an after thought. I felt she asked me too many questions like how much rent I pay and why my sons don't help me more which was odd being a first time customer. You could probably get what I consider an old school "basic manicure" that takes about 25-30 min. at the beauty college. The pedicure was great. Atmosphere was relaxing.

The guy nicked my cuticle and didn't really say anything about until he put nick powder on it. Also they use a timer for your massage time which is weird, but different strokes for different folks I guess. Why not just put a clock up or look at your watch. Anyway I guess I'm going back to doing my own toes cuz these nail tech places are really overpriced now!

*EYELASH REVIEW*…read more Style Requested: Wispy Cat Eye Those who know will know how they are supposed to look (shown on two of the pictures added for reference which was also what I shared with the tech) The tech was very nice, also very gentle. The place was clean, and well decorated. On day 2 after the application of the lashes one fell off. 3rd day the glue became more visible and turned a little flaky, not sure if that is due to excessive glue used. 4th day my eyelids started to be itchy. Although I requested to have a wispy cat eye look but what I was given was a wispy look which Is not the same and you can clearly see it on the photos. I've had a few friends confirm this including another lash tech from a friend of mine. Also, the lashes are way to close to the waterline which is the reason it irritates my eyes. Also, you can see the gaps between the lashes in a few of the pictures. There's supposed to be zero gaps. I will update review as the days go by As of right now I probably won't get them done here and will go to a friend's tech that was highly recommended by others and whose job is only lashes.
